Nutrition, organic supplements and the final piece of my 'wellness puzzle'

Nutrition has always interested me and throughout lockdown 3, I had the

opportunity to learn more detail about what our incredible bodies need to thrive!

By completing a course in Nutrition for the Complementary Therapist, certified by the

Federation of Holistic Therapies, I have increased my knowledge so much. I cannot

Looking at nutrition, along with other elements of your health and lifestyle, can have
