We are all healers. The ability to heal ourselves and others is our birthright.

By training in the ancient Japanese art of Reiki energy healing, we can activate what is already

within us. Reiki provides us with the tools to harness Universal life force energy for the highest and

greatest good, enabling powerful shifts for ourselves through self-healing practices, and for others.

Whether you're at the beginning of your journey and want to explore the foundations at Reiki

Level 1, or wish to deepen your practice and train as a Practitioner at Reiki Level 2,

it is my honour to share the Reiki Master teachings I have received directly through Dr Usui's lineage.

Usui Reiki Level 1

Begin your Reiki journey and discover your healing gifts.

During this one-to-one in-person course, we embark on a full-day immersion focusing on self-healing and connecting to the flow of Universal energy. As we journey through the foundations of Reiki energy healing, we will reconnect to the self, and learn practical skills to enable you to share healing with family, friends, animals and plants.

Deepen your connection to Reiki

This course is designed to delve further into the art of Reiki, with the opportunity to qualify as a Reiki Energy Healing practitioner (if that is your journey), for those who have completed their Reiki Level 1.

We'll focus on the sacred Reiki symbols which promote deeper healing for yourself and enhance your skills for others, allowing you embody healing energy and provide professional bespoke treatments for clients, either in-person or distance (beaming) We will cover all you need to launch your own professional Reiki business, while using Reiki for your own development and spiritual growth.
