"If you are looking for a way of resetting your inner self you won't go wrong with Serena. I practically floated home!
I've had incredible appointments at Blossom Sky. Serena welcomed me warmly on arrival in her beautiful studio. I had my 1st experience of of reflexology on my initial appointment and it was incredible. I could actually feel popping and crunching happening as my feet were gently massaged. Serena explained how and where that corresponded to my body and sure enough It corresponded to where I had a problem.
Yesterday I had an upper body massage and I had no idea just how much tension Id been carrying. Serena did a wonderful job of putting me at ease on her heated treatment couch and she spent a long time releasing my knotted self. Both times I received Reiki healing energy and the heat from her hands was undeniable. I've since slept like a baby and I've felt so much calmer and at peace.
It's a treatment experience, aromatherapy oils carefully chosen just for me, some sound therapy, burning sage and crystals.
I cant recommend Serena enough, and I cant wait to go back next week."

"Serena is quite simply a miracle-worker. Having lived in Asia for a year and had massages at least weekly, she is the only person who has ever managed to make me relax. She even manages to get the substantial knots out of my shoulders, which is no mean feat and has never been achieved before.
As a scientist I was doubtful regarding the efficacy of reiki and reflexology, but both definitely impart a sense of peace and wellbeing, and due to my initial skepticism I can say with confidence that this is not the placebo effect.
I've also found her treatments have helped considerably with the dizziness and exhaustion I've been suffering as a result of having Long Covid, in particular the Ayurveda facial marma point massage. This has been instrumental in enabling me to hold down my job since the onset of Long Covid.
